Submit Application - $200

Thank you for submitting your application to the Australasian College of Physician Executives. Upon review of your application, you may be requested to provide additional or clarifying information if required. You will be advised of the outcome of your application within 10 days. Each application for membership is reviewed by the Membership Committee prior to ratification.

The fee associated with your application is $200.00, inclusive of general sales tax. We use PayPal to process our fees. You can submit payment using your credit card – you do not need a PayPal account to use this service. The application fee also includes your membership fee for the allocated status, for the first year of your membership of the ACPE. At the first meeting of the executive committee, fees for subsequent years will be agreed and published.

Please read the general descriptors of the various categories of membership before submitting your application. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your application, you may request in writing for the decision to be reviewed. The decision of the Executive Committee will be deemed final in each instance. If you do not accept the decision of the Executive Committee, you may withdraw your application for membership of the College and request a refund of your application fee less $100 for administrative costs.
